Abstract:
The article reviews the works of Japanese director Akira Kurosawa. The article describes the style of Kurosawa and his technique of showing his artistry in his movies instead of focusing on the subject. It is noted that his distinctive style is to insert the outsider in the middle of the story. Some of his works include "Stray Dog," "Seven Samurai" and "Yojimbo." Hollywood adaptations of his films include "The Magnificent Seven," "A Fistful of Dollars" and "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly."
